Freedom Hall Parent Volunteer Agreement
Freedom Hall is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families in their homesschooling efforts. To promote family involvement and maintain affordable costs, Freedom Hall requires a volunteer commitment from parents. For the 2025-2026 school year, each parent is expected to volunteer in the classroom for 9 days per child.
If this commitment is challenging, parents may arrange for another Freedom Hall parent, a family member, or a family friend to fulfill their volunteer responsibilities. Alternatively, if parents or family members are unable to meet the volunteer requirement, they can opt to pay $65 per day, which will be used to hire a substitute volunteer.
Please ensure that you can arrive by 8:00 a.m. on the days you have signed up for. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from volunteering on your scheduled day, we ask that you arrange for a replacement and notify a board member or teacher as soon as possible.

We use the “Sign-Up Genius” app that will be used to help keep track of our volunteers.
All volunteers need to fill out a background check and submit to a Freedom Hall board member before volunteering.
